Job Description :
- Manage and administrate office facilities/ office supply)
- Manage messengers for document delivery for both internal and external document)
- Work as an office call operator
- Arranging in timetable of office car and coordinate with office driver
- Responsible for office procurement
- In charge of office inventory
- Ad hoc works as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
• Male/Female
• 0-3 years of experience
• Interested in project development/ consulting service for government and private sectors
• Interested in energy management and efficiency
• Competence in Mechanical Engineering design and construction cost estimation will be an advantage
• Experienced in Energy efficiency: energy management, energy potential assessment and analysis, or Renewable energy: Designs, supervision, and report compilation will be an advantage
• Ability to coordinate with external parties
• Ability to work in a team
• Holding the License for Professional Practice
• Ability to occasionally work in provinces
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities, Social Science, Business Administration, Communication Arts, or experienced in related fields
• 1-3 years of experience
• Ability to communicate in English
• Familiar with computer programs including Microsoft Office (Words/Excel/Power Point) and is able to design works using Microsoft Power Point
• Ability to design public relation media, advertisement, brochure, poster, or handbook will be an advantage
Responsibility/Scope of Work:
• Work as a coordinator supporting the project managers. The main duty is to coordinate, work on appointments, preparing documents and hard copy of the reports, arrange meetings, store and manage documents and information, letters, and work according to assignments from each project both office administration and construction sites administration
• Ad hoc works as assigned
Type of Work :
• Permanent contract
• Stationed at the headquarter in Bangkok, and able to occasionally work in provinces
• Regular hours: Weekdays 8.00 am – 5.00 pm
